🔑 Permit Holders

 

Check-In: Click the link in the permit email you received from us to complete your check-in.

Unlock the Waveconn ILOQ: Once checked in, your mobile phone will unlock the ILOQ’s (if installed). You can then proceed to access the work site. If you are not on the permit, you will not have ILOQ access.

 

🚫 Non-Permit Holders

 

If you do not have a permit, you will not have access and will not be able to unlock the ILOQ’s. Your visit should have been planned, scheduled, and approved online in advance of your visit.

  1. Visit portal.waveconn.com and either submit the access request yourself or have your administration dispatch team raise the access permit for you.
  2. Most access permits require 1–3 business days lead time.
  3. If critically urgent, call 1300 927 662 option 2 to discuss options.

 

🔐 iLOQ Access

For sites with an iLOQ lock system:

If your permit is approved and the site uses an iLOQ lock, your mobile will be enabled to open the locks. You’ll receive a text message from Waveconn with a unique link to download the iLOQ S50 app and complete a one-time registration. If you’ve already registered, you won’t need to do it again.
